Our client, a successful and growing food manufacturing business based in Redditch, is seeking a Production Planner to join their operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised individual with planning experience to take on a key role in supporting daily production and ensuring products are delivered on time.

About The Role

As the Production Planner, you will be responsible for generating and maintaining the daily production plan, using planning systems and forecasts to ensure operational efficiency and on-time delivery. You\'ll work closely with various departments to coordinate schedules, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain the daily production plan in the planning system.
  • Evaluate forecasts and stock levels to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure alignment with the plan.
  • Monitor and update schedules based on real-time changes and operational feedback.
  • Support continuous improvement in planning processes and data accuracy.
