Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer and business needs cost-effectively.
• Managing shop floor manufacturing planning, including inventory counts, KanBan adjustments, quoting lead times, and monitoring project orders.
• Coordinating with purchasing on material requirements and expediting as needed.
• Identifying and mitigating risks to customer satisfaction through the Risk Management Process.
• Liaising with management, engineering, and other departments regarding manufacturing capabilities.
• Quoting delivery dates and attending contract and order review meetings.
• Participating in lead-time reduction activities and projects.
• Applying LEAN manufacturing principles to improve process capability, production volume, and quality standards.
• Analyzing products and processes for cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency.
