We focus on product development, working closely with our customers to create innovative, award-winning products that delight consumers.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Prepare and pack bakery products according to customer orders.
• Assist in the smooth operation of the bakery by contributing to various tasks.
• Maintain a safe and hygienic workplace for yourself and colleagues.
• Accurately complete paperwork.
• Ensure products are packed efficiently, correctly labelled, and in accordance with specifications.
• Report any issues with products, machinery, or non-conformances promptly.
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Demonstrate good organisational and time-keeping skills.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in small or medium-sized companies, willing to undertake a varied, hands-on role. Previous experience in the food industry is desirable but not essential.
