Production Packaging Operator

Location: Welwyn Garden City, UK

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ProductionPackaging Operatorto join our production operations team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of packaging lines, supporting high-quality manufacturing processes, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to ensure correct functionality and compliance.
• Complete batch documentation, SAP transactions, and quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Carry out in-process tests, yield calculations, and inspections to meet predefined quality attributes.
• Dismantle, clean, and reassemble equipment to ensure readiness and compliance with GMP.
• Support validation of new equipment, participate in audits, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health & safety procedures and actively promote a safe working environment.
• Train and support colleagues in procedures, systems, and equipment operation.
• Participate in manual packaging operations and routine facility maintenance.
