Job Description:

We are offering an excellent opportunity for Production/Packing Operatives to join our client's business in Bridgend due to increased demand, starting ASAP.

The client offers:

• Ongoing/long-term temporary role (possible permanent position)
• Immediate Start
• Full training provided
• Full-time shift role working 12-hour shifts on a rota
• Days and nights shifts, 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am
• Shift pattern example: 3 nights, 4 off, 3 days, 1 off, 3 nights, 4 off, 3 days

Pay rate: £14.07 per hour basic, with overtime available

• Load and unload machinery
• Pick and pack medical supplies
• Work safely following behavioural safety principles
• Compliance with PPE requirements
• Maintain clean and tidy workstations

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a fast-paced production environment with assembly machines is advantageous but not essential.

Good attention to quality and manual repetitive tasks experience required.

Experience in a clean room environment is a plus.
