Role: Production Operator

You will support the Line Leader in ensuring the efficient running of production lines, achieving targets, and monitoring line machinery.

Working Hours
  • Monday - Friday, 45 hours, 05:00 - 14:00
  • or
  • Monday - Friday, 45 hours, 14:00 - 23:00
Key Responsibilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures for tasks within the production environment.
  • Maximise line output by maintaining correct line speeds.
  • Report non-conformances to the Line Leader immediately.
  • Monitor actual versus expected hourly line output and identify reasons for shortfalls.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities and suggest improvements.
  • Assist during line changes and learn new skills as required.
  • Complete manual work and work on different lines and areas as needed.
  • Comply with all company procedures and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
  • Report any health and safety issues or near misses.
  • Maintain cleanliness and demonstrate good manufacturing practices.
  • Take accountability for maintaining line standards.
  • Ensure products meet specifications to satisfy customer expectations.
  • Complete routine tasks proactively and perform other duties related to this role.
