Job description

As a Production Team Member, you'll be responsible for helping meet daily production targets by preparing, assembling, labelling, and picking sandwiches and other food products. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and assemble products according to daily production plans.

• Ensure quality and hygiene standards are met at all times.

• Work with team members to meet customer demands and resolve minor production issues.

• Accurately complete all required paperwork.

• Support dispatch operations and help avoid production bottlenecks.

• Assist with cleaning, stock rotation, and storage as needed.

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or unsafe equipment.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently and follow verbal/written instructions.
