Job summary
Adecco Group UK & Ireland is seeking a motivated Production Operator for our client in Basingstoke. You will work on the machine production line, follow safety and quality procedures, and contribute to a small, collaborative team.
Typical hours are Monday to Thursday 7:30 am–4:00 pm and Friday 7:30 am–1:30 pm. Training is provided, with ample overtime and opportunities for career progression in a supportive environment.
Qualifications

- Reliability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures at all times.
- Work safely and considerately as part of a small, supportive team.
- Follow trained work instructions on the machine production line.
- Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.
- Monitor adherence to standards and ensure any breaches are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with the Lead Operator at all times.
- Proactively plan and organize your time to meet delivery targets and minimize line downtime.
- Support efficient execution of planned interruptions, ensuring production is restarted as quickly as possible.
