Job description

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a strong manufacturing background to secure long-term work with the genuine potential of a permanent position.

The Role Offers:
  1. Stable, ongoing work with the potential to become permanent
  2. A generous shift pattern that allows for extended time off - some weeks only require 3 shifts
  3. A friendly and supportive team environment where hard work is recognised
Main Duties:
  1. Handling and moving products such as paving slabs and block paving across the site
  2. Operating on a production line
  3. Loading materials into machines and monitoring machine activity
  4. Stacking and packing finished goods
  5. Meeting production targets within strict health and safety guidelines
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial work is essential
  2. Must be physically fit and capable of performing manual, labour-intensive tasks
  3. Comfortable working 12-hour rotating day and night shifts
  4. Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
  5. Must speak a good level of English
  6. Personal safety footwear is required - steel toe capped boots only (no trainers)
Shift Pattern (3-Week Rotation):
  1. Week 1: Monday and Tuesday Days, Thursday and Friday Nights
  2. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday Days, Saturday morning
  3. Week 3: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Nights

That's right - some weeks you'll only work 3 shifts and still earn a full-time wage! Ideal for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and looking to build a career in a thriving industrial environment.
