Gi Group UK is seeking a Production Operative in Northampton to manufacture filtration products safely and to quality standards. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule with a temp-to-perm path after an initial 12 weeks and an hourly rate of £12.71.

The operative will use trained procedures, log data in systems, monitor materials, and support continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality expectations on site.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is desirable.
• Able to follow SOPs and quality standards.
• Comfortable using digital systems to record time and materials (SFDC).
• Strong attention to detail and proactive safety and quality mindset.
• Willingness to learn and flexibility across production cells.

Responsabilidades

• Work in compliance with ISO45001 safety standards.
• Operate machinery and equipment per training.
• Complete work orders with correct materials and on time.
• Log shop floor data accurately into systems.
• Use visual boards to check daily targets and raise escalations.
• Monitor raw material usage and report discrepancies.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubrication.
