You will use machinery, torque wrenches and air-fed tools, while maintaining safety and completing production paperwork. We offer rotating shifts with a potential £1000 bonus on completion of the project, plus structured training and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs and technical instructions.
• Good attention to detail, with a positive can-do attitude.
• Reliable, with strong timekeeping and attendance.
• Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commute reliably to Pontypool.
• Training and a supportive working environment.
• Chance to gain valuable manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, prepare, fit and move products to production schedules and quality standards.
• Use machinery, hand tools and air-fed tools (torque wrenches, sanders) safely.
• Complete production paperwork and carry out quality checks.
• Support stock movement and line replenishment.
• Keep your area clean and safe and follow all health and safety procedures.
