TE Connectivity is seeking a Production Operator in Swindon to operate manufacturing equipment and support production targets. The role includes changeovers, quality checks, and meticulous documentation, while maintaining a clean, safe work environment and adhering to EH&S policies.

Operates machines and tools used in manufacturing processes to achieve production targets.
TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to production schedule, perform quality checks according to established processes and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining housekeeping and organization of the work area as well as following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.
This role requires the person to work Weekend Nights 18.00 - 6.00 Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
The ability to read and follow work instructions/methods, manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
An ability to conduct effective handovers to maintain workflow.
Experience of working with Quality Management and Quality Productivity Systems.
Good numeracy and literacy skills.
A logical and methodical approach to tasks.
A flexible approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
