Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. They perform changeovers and setups according to the production schedule, conduct quality checks according to established processes, and document the results as required by our quality procedures. Every team member is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the work area and adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Production Operator Materials & Compounding

Permanent Contract - Full-time

Night Shift Position: Mon to Thurs 10pm to 6am & Fri 6pm to 12am
Shift Allowance: 33%

Role Description

  1. Work within the team performing various stages of production as defined by the Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage (Lean Manufacturing), Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures.
  2. Follow the manufacturing schedule and notify supervision of any issues affecting schedule completion.
  3. Prepare and complete all documentation accurately, legibly, and promptly.
  4. Report deviations to supervision and assist in resolving non-compliances as needed.
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and quality within the department.
  6. Comply with training procedures and stay updated on changes to General Standards.
