Job summary

JCB is seeking Production Operatives to join our site in Wrexham. The role offers a favourable hourly rate of £14.94 per hour with shift premiums and flexibility for shifts.

Responsibilities include assembly line work, loading/unloading, quality maintenance, and on-site training programs. Prior assembly or mechanical experience is desirable; full training will be provided. Benefits include on-site parking, EAP, and staff canteen.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly or mechanical experience is desirable, although full training will be provided.
• Eye for detail and good timekeeping/attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the assembly line to build construction equipment and vehicles while meeting KPI requirements.
• Maintain required performance levels and quality.
• Use hand and air tools with confidence.
• Load and unload vehicles and handle goods receiving and storage.
• Participate in on-site training programmes to improve skills and support kaizen activities.
• Adhere to H&S policies at all times.
