Position: Production Operator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Salary/Shift Allowance: £32,500 (includes 25% shift allowance) with step progression

Hours: 40 hours/week on a 12-hour shift pattern

The role involves operating machinery, inventory control, packing, and forklift driving, supporting continuous improvement, and contributing to departmental initiatives focused on People, Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
