Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller is seeking a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team, helping keep our production lines running safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You’ll take ownership of your area and look for opportunities to further improve processes.

As part of a fast-paced operation, you’ll work on a 3-week rotating shift pattern and contribute to hygiene, 5S, CIP/OEP, and training of new colleagues while upholding safety and quality in every task.

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production processes safely and effectively to achieve required outputs
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene, housekeeping and 5S
• Carrying out Cleaning in Place (CIP/OEP) activities
• Completing quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards
• Replenishing materials to keep production running smoothly
• Carrying out first-line maintenance checks
• Working safely and taking responsibility for the health and safety of yourself and those around you
• Supporting and training new colleagues through practical, on-the-job guidance
