Job summary

Kinisla Group is seeking a Production Operator to convert raw materials into WIP and finished goods by following standard work procedures, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality on the production line.

You will set up equipment, perform changeovers, record downtime and yields, inspect materials, and carry out routine maintenance. A proactive team player with strong English communication and numerical skills is essential for continuous improvement and reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production or processing environment.
• Good written, verbal and numerical skills; English proficiency.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and SOPs.
• Proficient in recording production data using MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proactive team player with ownership and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Operate production processes safely and efficiently per SOPs.
• Identify, troubleshoot, report quality, performance, safety or efficiency issues.
• Inspect raw materials and packaging for quality, batch accuracy and shelf-life.
• Verify material availability before start-up, changeovers and runs.
• Set up equipment and perform changeovers per procedures.
• Record downtime, waste, yields, non-conformances and changes.
• Carry out quality checks on WIP and finished products.
• Perform routine autonomous maintenance and equipment checks.
