Job summary

You will operate production machinery, carry out quality checks and help the team meet daily targets while following procedures and health & safety guidelines. Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential, offering a solid entry path into the sector.

• Identify and report production, quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work towards daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a wider production team.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safe working practices at all times
