We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full-time Production Operator in the Cwmbran area, NP44 3YL.

Opportunities for a permanent contract are available for the right candidate.

Your pay rate as a full-time Production Operator:

You will be paid £16.48 per hour.

Typical working hours as a full-time Production Operator:

Candidates will be expected to work 12-hour shifts from 06:00 until 18:00 and from 18:00 until 06:00.

Your role as a Production Operator:

• Producing quality products—biscuits
• Packing, labelling, and palletising
• Complying with all company policies and procedures
• Making up boxes
• Loading pallets

What we are looking for in a successful candidate:

• Basic English literacy and numeracy skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Good understanding of health, safety, and food hygiene
• Previous factory experience is desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to show initiative
• Excellent hygiene and housekeeping of the area
