Connect Appointments are seeking a number of Production Operators to get started with our Shotts (ML7) based food production client.


What's on offer?



  • Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00

  • £12 p/h (rising to £13.80 from 8pm)

  • With overtime paid up to £27.60 p/h

  • All breaks are paid!


Working as a Production Operator, your duties will include:



  • Cleaning in place systems including production machinery

  • Maintaining proper housekeeping in a food production environment

  • Cleaning utensils and other production equipment

  • Maintaining cleaning supply stocks

  • Performing general production duties as required

  • Hand packing products

  • Quality checking against food regulations


To be successful within this production position you will ideally have previous experience working in a production/manufacturing environment. Combined with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions; good attention to detail; and strong time-keeping and organisational skills.
