Yeo Valley Production Ltd is inviting applications for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team on 4 on 4 off shift patterns. You'll support production processes, operate packing lines, and help move finished goods through our chill and dispatch operations.

This hands‑on role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in a fast‑paced food environment. We value sustainability, co‑ownership, and opportunities to learn and progress within the business.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-conscious approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Desirable: experience in food manufacturing, production, warehouse or logistics.
• Desirable: Food Hygiene qualification, HACCP knowledge.
• Desirable: experience operating machinery or production equipment.
• Desirable: counterbalance or warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operating production, processing, packing or warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring product quality and carrying out routine quality checks.
• Following production schedules, procedures, and food safety standards.
• Recording information accurately and maintaining traceability records.
• Supporting product changeovers and line efficiencies.
• Moving materials and finished products safely around the site.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Working closely with Production, Quality, Planning, and Logistics teams to achieve daily targets.
• Contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement.
