Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in production/manufacturing or willingness to learn.

• Basic math and computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines to maintain flow and adjust as needed.
• Follow Essity safety standards and SOPs; ensure personal and team safety.
• Coordinate with Team Leader and other operators for support.
• Load raw materials or finished products for palletizing; maintain accurate production logs.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times; assist teammates as needed.
