Job summary

Brightwork Limited in Stirling is seeking Production Operators to join the site on an ongoing temporary basis. You will start on a day shift for training and gradually move to a continental 4 on 4 off pattern. Initial hours are 06:00–14:00, followed by 06:00–18:00 blocks and then 18:00–06:00 nights; weekend work may be required.

Candidates with some production experience and flexibility to shifts are preferred. Own transport is preferred due to site location.

Qualifications

• Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Flexible to shift patterns.
• May involve manual handling.

Job description

Our client has an ongoing requirement for temporary Production Operators to work with them on an ongoing basis at their Stirling manufacturing plant.

Your Time at Work

• Initially you will work on a day shift basis for basic training.
• Monday to Friday 06.00 - 14.00.
• Within normally a week or two you would move to a continental shift pattern on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern which will include night shift and weekend working.
• 06.00 - 18.00 x 2 followed by 2 x 18.00 - 06.00

Ideally candidates should have some previous production/ manufacturing experience and and have a flexible approach to shift working. The role may involve some manual handling.

Key Information and Benefits

While initially starting on a temporary basis there are also occasional opportunities to move from temporary to permanent in due course. Due to the site location and early shift times own transport is preferred.
