Base pay range

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join our team at our Fells site in Lennoxtown, where we draw our water from the Campsie Fells.

Our Production Operators are responsible for the production of our high-quality product. Operating within our high-speed bottle blowing, filling, and packaging lines.

The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of production processes, including routine maintenance and lubrication of machinery. You will be responsible for adhering to cleaning and hygiene standards, following company regulations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. A strong work ethic is essential to support a continuous improvement culture, along with the ability to work unsupervised. Additionally, accurate recording of data and production information is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and consistency.

This role involves a shift pattern of days only, 4 on 4 off - more information can be provided on the shift pattern upon application. The salary on offer is £29,699 per annum which is inclusive of a 12.5% shift allowance.
