Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently per SOPs.
  • Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance to keep machinery running to spec.
  • Monitor production output and quality; report issues promptly to the lead.
  • Follow health and safety procedures and proper PPE use.
  • Complete production documentation including batch/shift records where required.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the shift to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area per housekeeping standards.

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor production output and quality, reporting any issues promptly to the relevant lead.
  • Follow health and safety procedures, including safe working practices and correct use of PPE.
  • Complete production documentation accurately, including batch/shift records where required.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve throughput.
  • Work effectively with colleagues across the shift to maintain smooth production flow.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area in line with housekeeping standards.
