Biffa in Horsham is seeking a Production Operator to support the 24/7 operation of a Mechanical Biological Treatment facility. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures, perform housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks, and report to the Shift Supervisor.
The role offers 42 hours per week, Monday to Friday with early/late shifts and one Saturday every four weeks. There are opportunities for career development and a competitive salary.

Salary: £31,493.28 - £33,000.24 per annum (£14.42 - £15.11 per hour), depending on experience and skills.

Reporting directly to the Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting operational tasks at a Mechanical Biological Treatment facility. This role supports the 24/7 operation of the plant through the execution of Standard Operating Procedures, housekeeping activities, and basic maintenance tasks, all in compliance with site Health and Safety rules and Company policies.
The Production Operator will also have opportunities for career development within the West Sussex operation.
