Job summary

Kinetic Recruitment is seeking a Production Operator for a well-established Holywell site. Immediate starts available with a Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm schedule, progressing to a 4 on/4 off shift pattern. You will ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and support smooth production flow.

Ideal candidates will be reliable, capable of following procedures, and comfortable with PPE and health & safety protocols. This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing placement.

Responsibilities

• Operating sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
• Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Working closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
• Carrying out visual quality inspections and checking product weights and dimensions.
• Packing finished products to the required quality standards.

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.

You’ll also be expected to:

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Wear the required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
