About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production Operators to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our food production processes. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to food safety standards, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality production outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and pack meat products to clearly defined standards.
  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Follow established procedures for food safety and hygiene, including HACCP protocols.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Experience

  • Previous experience in food production or a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Basic maths skills are desirable.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices and HACCP principles is an advantage.
  • Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues effectively.
  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team are crucial for success in this role.
