We are looking for experienced Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team in Coventry, supportingthe production of specialist defence protection products used by customers around the world.
This is a permanent day shift opportunity in a busy and evolving production environment, where quality, safety, attention to detail and consistency are essential. As demand increases, we are expanding the team and looking for people who have already worked in manufacturing and understand the importance of following processes, working to standards and delivering right first time.
As a Production Operator, you will work as part of a skilled production cell manufacturing military grade protective equipment. You will follow the production plan set by your Team Leader and carry out practical production, assembly, finishing and inspection tasks in line with clear Manufacturing Instructions.
This role will suit someone who takes pride in hands on work, enjoys being part of a team and wants to contribute to products that support our purpose of protecting lives.
