Job summary

Be Personnel is recruiting Production Operatives to join a leading seafood company in Scotland. The role covers night shifts from 9:30pm to 6:00am, on a line preparing fresh salmon to customer specifications.

On-going agency work offers potential permanent employment for those with prior fish processing experience and a track record of reliability. Benefits include 30 days annual leave (after 12 weeks if agency), weekly pay via agency and monthly pay if direct, and opportunities to progress

Qualifications

• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
• Be reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh salmon to customer specification on a production line.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety on the line and in work areas.

Be Personnel has immediate opportunities available for Primary Production Operatives to work with one of the largest seafood companies in the world and the largest producer of Atlantic salmon!

• On-going agency contract with possibility of permanent employment thereafter or permanent contract upon starting for those with solid fish processing experience from their previous employment!
• 30 days annual leave (after 12 weeks if agency)
• Weekly pay via agency and monthly if working directly

• 09:30pm - 06:00am Monday to Friday

As a Production Operative you will be working on a line to preparing fresh salmon to customer specification.

The successful candidates will:

• Ideally have experience of working within a food processing environment, however candidates who have manual work experience from within other industries will be considered as training will be provided
• Be reliable and punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Thrive working within a fast paced and deadline driven environment
• Have a degree of physical capability due to the manual nature of the work
• Be flexible with their working hours as shifts can change dependent on business needs
