CRANSWICK POULTRY - BENSON PARK - HU7, HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT PRODUCTION OPERATIVES 4ON-4FF, 5PM-5AM - NIGHT SHIFT

We are recruiting on behalf of our client Cranswick Poultry - Benson Park - HU7 area, Hull. Our client is a leading UK food producer that produces and supplies premium food to high profile UK grocer retailers, the food service sector, and other UK and global customers. They have an ambitious investment programme focused on market-leading technologies and site infrastructure. This combined with the skill of their teams ensures that they are consistently and efficiently delivering for their customers. With all that in mind, our client is looking to expand the Night team and have numerous immediate opportunities for Production Operatives for full-time work 4on/4off. Our client is searching for successful candidates that are reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking, which could lead to a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assembling of raw and cooked chicken products into packaging, labelling, and packing the product.
2. Continuously checking the quality of products on the line.
3. Following required work instructions and procedures.
4. Conscientious, enthusiastic, and willing towards meeting deadlines.
5. Work on your own initiative and work well in a team.
6. Proactive with a desire and attitude to learn and develop.
7. An excellent attitude towards Health and Safety and will be expected to work at a high standard.
8. Experience with working in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
9. Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times.

1. Nights: £13.35 per hour.
2. Working Hours: 5pm to 5am.
3. Shift 4on 4off.
4. Immediate starts following completion of registration and induction.
