Prestige Recruitment Specialists are recruiting Production Operatives for Cranswick Poultry in Hull, a leading food manufacturer in East Yorkshire. This full-time, temporary-to-permanent role offers a 4 on/4 off shift pattern with training provided and weekly pay.

Flexible start times and opportunities to secure a permanent position are available. No prior food production experience is required as full training will be given.£12.85–£13.85 per hour depending on day or night shifts.

• Working on a busy poultry production line.
• Handling, lifting and weighing poultry products.
• Preparing and packing products.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Reporting any product or quality issues.
• Following food hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Following all Health & Safety requirements.
• Keeping workstation clean, tidy and organised.
• Supporting other production duties when required.

Pay & Shift Pattern

Day Shift

5:00am-5:00pm

£12.85 per hour

Night Shift

5:00pm-5:00am

£13.85 per hour

4 days/nights on, followed by 4 days/nights off.

Shift times may vary slightly depending on the department.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working on a busy poultry production line
• Handling, lifting and weighing poultry products
• Preparing and packing products
• Carrying out quality checks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, factory, packing or production line work would be beneficial but is not essential.
