CRANSWICK POULTRY - BENSON PARK - HU7, HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND IS RECRUITING PRODUCTION OPERATIVES FOR 4 ON-4 OFF SHIFTS, 5AM-5PM (DAY SHIFT)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Poultry - Benson Park - HU7 area, Hull. Our client is a leading UK food producer, supplying premium food to high-profile UK grocer retailers, the food service sector, and other UK and global customers. They have an ambitious investment programme focused on market-leading technologies and site infrastructure. This, combined with their skilled teams, ensures they deliver consistently and efficiently for their customers.

Our client is looking to expand their DAYS team and has numerous immediate full-time opportunities for Production Operatives on a 4on/4off schedule. They seek reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates, which could lead to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling raw and cooked chicken products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Continuously checking product quality on the line
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Proactively learning and developing new skills
• Adhering to high standards of Health and Safety
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures

We can offer:

• £12.35 per hour
• Working hours: 5am to 5pm
• Shift pattern: 4on/4off
