Cranswick Poultry - Benson Park - HU7, Hull is looking to expand its team and is recruiting Production Operatives for a 4on/4off shift pattern, 5am-5pm (day shift).

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Poultry, a leading UK food producer supplying premium food to major UK grocers, food service, and international markets. They are investing in advanced technologies and infrastructure to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency. To support their expansion, they are hiring reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking candidates for full-time roles, which could lead to permanent employment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling raw and cooked chicken products into packaging, labelling, and packing.
• Checking product quality on the line.
• Following work instructions and procedures.
• Meeting deadlines with enthusiasm and conscientiousness.
• Working independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Adhering to high standards of Health and Safety.
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential.
• Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times.
