CRANSWICK POULTRY - BENSON PARK - HU7, HULL IS LOOKING TO EXPAND ITS TEAM AND IS RECRUITING PRODUCTION OPERATIVES ON A 4ON-4OFF, 5AM-5PM DAY SHIFT

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, Cranswick Poultry - Benson Park, HU7 area, Hull. Our client is a leading UK food producer supplying premium food to high-profile UK grocers, the food service sector, and other UK and global customers. They have an ambitious investment programme focused on market-leading technologies and site infrastructure. This, combined with their skilled teams, ensures consistent and efficient delivery to their customers. To support their growth, they are looking to expand their DAY shift team with full-time roles for Production Operatives on a 4on/4off schedule. Successful candidates should be reliable, flexible, self-motivated, and hardworking, with the potential for a permanent position.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling raw and cooked chicken products into packaging, labelling, and packing
• Checking product quality continuously on the line
• Following work instructions and procedures
• Meeting deadlines with conscientiousness and enthusiasm
• Working independently and as part of a team
• Being proactive and eager to learn and develop
• Maintaining high standards of Health and Safety
• Experience in the industry is advantageous but not essential
• Adhering to Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times

We can offer:

• Pay: £12.35 per hour
• Working hours: 5am to 5pm
• Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off
• Immediate starts after registration and induction
