Job Description:

We are currently looking for Production Operatives to work on 1.30pm to 10pm shifts for our client in Cranbrook.

This ongoing temporary role is Monday to Friday and could lead to a permanent position based on performance.

The rate is £11.44 per hour, paid weekly.

Experience in food production is preferred but not essential. You must be reliable and committed. Manual handling will be involved.

Start date: ASAP with induction.

Ideal candidate for food production operative:

• Good attention to detail, as production involves handmade processes including decorating and assembling.
• Ability to follow recipes and production techniques to maximize output.
• Ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines.

The role is varied, working across various departments with training provided for each.
