Description:

We are currently looking for Production Operatives to work on 5am to 1.30pm OR 1.30pm to 10pm shifts for our client in Cranbrook.

This ongoing temporary role is Monday to Friday and could lead to a permanent position based on performance.

The rate is £12.21 per hour with weekly pay.

Experience in food production is preferred but not essential. Reliability and commitment are required. Manual handling will be involved.

Start date: ASAP, with induction.

Ideal candidate:

• Good attention to detail, as production involves decorating and assembling by hand.
• Ability to follow recipes and production techniques to maximize output.
• Ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines.

The role is varied, working across departments with training provided for each.
