Job summary

ctrg is hiring a Production Operative to prepare and pack fresh fruit in a chilled environment, with hours from 9:30am to 2:30pm and flexible 7‑day shifts. The starting rate is £12.71 per hour, rising to £12.90 after 12 weeks (subject to performance).

You’ll maintain high health, safety and hygiene standards, pack fruit boxes for dispatch, and perform additional production duties as required. This role is ideal for parents and carers seeking school-hour work, with opportunities for pay

Qualifications

• Available for school-hour shifts (9:30–14:30) and flexible weekends.
• Experience in food production or packing preferred.
• Willing to work in chilled environment (+6°C to +8°C).
