Job summary

ctrg is hiring a Production Operative in England (Wisbech) to prepare and pack fresh fruit in a cool environment, aligned with school hours. The role runs 9:30am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering £12.71 per hour and progression to £12.90 after 12 weeks, subject to performance.

The successful candidate will maintain safety standards, assist with packing, and perform additional production duties as needed in a friendly, supportive team.

• Working Hours: 9:30am to 2:30pm
• Shifts Monday - Friday
• £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.90 per hour after 12 weeks (subject to performance)

As a Production Operative, you will be preparing and packing fresh fruit in a chilled environment (approximately +6°C to +8°C). This role is ideal for parents, carers, or anyone looking for work during school hours.
