Job summary

Ethero Strategic Staffing is seeking Production Operatives for a temporary position at Trentham Lakes (ST4). The role involves operating press machinery under supervision, monitoring quality, and handling materials on a 36.5-hour week.

Pay starts at £13.39 per hour with a rise to £13.96 after 12 weeks; payments are weekly via PAYE. Benefits include on-site parking, a pension scheme, and ongoing training as part of the site induction.

Qualifications

• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work safely around machinery and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for periods (reasonable adjustments considered).
• Previous manufacturing or press machine experience is an advantage but not essential.

Statutory Deductions for TAX, NI and Pension if not opted out apply

Working hours: 36.5 Hours

Monday - Thursday: 06:00 to 14:00 / Friday 06:00 to 13:00

Rotating With

Monday - Thursday: 14:00 to 22:00 / Friday 13:00 to 20:00
