Job description

Production Operatives required for immediate starts

Our client based in Yatton is hiring for multiple Production Operatives!

This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking for a permanent role after a successful trial period.

They are looking for candidates who want to become part of a team.

You will be responsible for working within a wide-ranging production environment and providing resources to various functions within the manufacturing system, including product assembly, picking orders, packing orders, and general dispatch.

Previous experience
  • Manufacturing/Production experience.
  • Warehouse operative experience (Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential).
Other skills needed for this role
  1. Must be physically able.
  2. Must be able to follow work instructions.
  3. Good attention to detail.
  4. Must understand the need to meet quality standards.
  5. Understanding of stock control.
  6. A positive attitude and self-motivated.
  7. An effective team member who works well on their own initiative.
Hours

Monday-Friday, 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 (set shifts)

Salary

£12.21 - £13.45 per hour
