Production Operatives - Scarborough

We are looking for production operatives to join our fast-growing team based in Scarborough.

Main Tasks: Produce, pick, and pack products efficiently and to high-quality standards, including conducting quality checks independently.

Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Prepare and complete orders for delivery according to plan.
2. Ensure adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and company policies, including Clean As You Go at your workstation.
3. Complete all food quality, safety, and legality procedures, checks, sign-offs, and paperwork as per DWB requirements.
4. Pack all products efficiently, correctly label and code tags and outer case labels according to packing specifications.
5. Report any out-of-spec products, machinery issues, or non-conformances promptly to the team leader or supervisor.
6. Communicate and cooperate effectively with supervisors and co-workers.
7. Follow all procedures, rules, and regulations.
8. Maintain good organizational and time-management skills.
9. Have basic English communication and math skills.
10. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required; knowledge of operating machinery is advantageous.
11. Must meet the minimum age requirements for employment.

This role is suitable for candidates who have experience working in small or medium-sized companies and are willing to perform a varied, hands-on role.
