Noble Foods Home of the Happy Egg Company

The Gainsborough site processes spent hens, chickens, and broiler breeders to meet the highest standards required by our customers and the RSPCA, ensuring bird welfare is central to our operations.

What are we looking for?

We have opportunities within our chilled environment, specifically in our butchery department, where poultry products are cut, trimmed, weighed, and packed.

No prior knowledge or experience is required, as all necessary training will be provided. You just need to be:

Our highly skilled workforce is supported by onsite trainers.

Shift Pattern: Full Time, Monday to Friday, Day shifts

Salary: £25,578.00 - £26,413.20 per year after training.

The starting rate of pay is £12.25 per hour, with a performance bonus of up to £1.43 per hour after 3 months of service. Post-training, the pay increases to £12.65 per hour, plus the performance bonus.
