• £36,000 per annum
• 3 on 3 off shifts: 5.50 am to 5.50 pm and 5.50 pm to 5.50 am (3 days/3 nights)
• Opportunity for progression

The role - Production Operative:

• Operate production machinery safely to produce products according to customer specifications
• Carry out all Quality Assurance checks
• Analyse and follow a production plan
• Picking and packing
• Work towards targets
• Use production IT systems
• Maintain strict Food Hygiene standards

What our client is looking for in a Production Operative:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - ESSENTIAL
• Machine operating experience - ESSENTIAL
• Food manufacturing experience - DESIRABLE
• Proven stability in work history
• Strong attention to detail
• Good computer skills
• Punctuality and reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team
