Overview

Thrive Shepton are recruiting for Temp to Perm Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Wells, Somerset. To assist with production, filling and packaging of products to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Be able to identify relevant componentry / product according to job sheet.
• Able to operate all machinery to an advanced level.
• Able to change over all machinery in allotted time frame.
• Competent on benchtop filling machines.
• Ensuring high QC standards are always met and right first time.
• Keeping the production area clean & tidy.
• Change over machinery in planned allotted downtime.
• Maintain machinery using PMS.
• Ensure conformance to plan and daily production targets are met in line with OEE.
• Ensure all safety checks are carried out before production starts.
• Ensure job sheets and packing lists are complete at end of production run.
• Ensure quality checks against job sheet and reference sample is carried out before the production run starts. And is signed off.

Hours

Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) & Friday (Apply online only) (flexibility required in busier periods)

Pay Rate

£12.77 - £13.27 per hour

Once permanent/ fully trained pay will increase

This role could lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate
