Kimal is recruiting Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team in Bromsgrove. You will be producing high-quality medical products in line with customer specifications, quality standards and hygiene requirements, helping us achieve output targets and on-time delivery.

This role suits a team player in a clean, regulated environment. You will assemble, inspect and package products, follow written instructions, stand for long periods and lift/move materials as required while maintaining

We are looking for a Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for producing high-quality medical products in line with customer specifications, quality standards, and hygiene requirements, ensuring output targets and on-time delivery are achieved.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working as part of a team in a clean, well-regulated manufacturing environment.

• Assemble, inspect, and package products according to strict quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• To be able to follow written instructions
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A good level of numeracy, literacy and co-ordination
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work within a medical environment which includes wearing gowns & face masks
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or cleanroom environment (preferred but is not essential)
