Overview

Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: Glastonbury
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30-16:30 or 8:30-17:30 (with optional Saturday overtime at time-and-a-half during busy months)
Pay: £12.21 per hour + weekly pay
Contract: Temp-to-perm with long-term career potential

This client is a family-run dairy business producing diary products for major supermarkets - with products even featured in nationwide TV campaigns. As the business continues to expand, we're looking for reliable, hands-on people to join their production team.

What you'll do
  • Get involved in the making and packing of dairy products
  • Operate and maintain machinery
  • Support with churning, rolling, and quality checks
  • Follow food safety & hygiene standards to keep everything spotless
What we're looking for
  • A good eye for detail and willingness to learn
  • Some mechanical knowledge or confidence around machinery
  • Team players who can follow instructions and take pride in their work
  • Own transport (due to rural location)
