Job Description:

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our client in Stockton-on-Tees. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing and production processes, ensuring the smooth operation and timely delivery of our products.

  • Location: Stockton-on-Tees
  • Position:Production Operative
  • Type:Temporary to Permanent Position
  • Shift:6am – 6pm Friday, Saturday & Sunday
  • Salary:£12.33 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to production schedules.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Pack and label finished products for shipment or storage.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organised work area

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within manufacturing or production is not essential as all training is provided.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Working Conditions:

As a Production Operative, you will primarily work in a manufacturing facility. The role may require standing for extended periods, lifting objects, and working in noisy environments.
