Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for Production Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

• Replenishing
• Maintain high hygiene levels
• Conduct quality checks

• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred previous experience as machine operator or operator

Qualifications

• Good English level
• Positive attitude to work

Working Hours

Benefits

• Basic pay rate of £12.88 per hour
• Basic pay rate of £15.65 per hour
• Once permanent pay will increase to at least £14.48 per hour (including shift premiums)
