Job summary

Gousto is hiring a Production Operative in Warrington. You will support the warehouse operations on a 6am-6pm schedule (Thursday to Saturday and alternating Sundays), ensuring accurate picking and packing of ingredients for each order.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, tech-enabled setting, learning conveyor systems and safety procedures. Gousto offers paid breaks, a permanent contract paid weekly, generous leave, and staff discounts to support your wellbeing and engagement.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the heartbeat of our warehouse, bringing Gousto’s iconic red boxes to life by carefully picking and packing a world of ingredients.
• Work in a high-energy, tech-driven environment, mastering conveyor systems and following lights to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
• Days vary from packing ingredients into bags to leading at ice or box stations, across multiple stations in a chilled environment.

What does a Production Operative do?

You’re the heartbeat of our warehouse! In this vital role, you’ll be the one bringing our iconic red boxes to life, carefully picking and packing a world of delicious ingredients.

It’s a high-energy, tech-driven environment where you’ll master our conveyor systems, following the lights and buttons to ensure every customer gets exactly what they ordered.

No two days are the same—one shift you might be expertly collating ingredients into bags, and the next you’ll be leading the charge at our ice or box stations.

Our warehouse is bustling and fast paced. You’ll be on your feet and on the move, working l in our chilled environment (a crisp 3 degrees) while working across various stations.

Full training is given.

No previous warehouse experience? No problem! Full training is provided, and we'll give you all the support you need to succeed from day one.
